License Grant

Codbos Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use QK-Bills for your internal business operations, subject to these terms.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
  • Use the software for illegal purposes.
User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Ensuring your system meets the necessary technical requirements.
  • Regularly backing up your data.
Data Ownership & Privacy

All business and customer data entered into the software is owned by you. We do not access or share your data without your consent, except:

  • As required by law,
  • For technical support, or
  • As outlined in our Privacy Policy.

For cloud versions, we ensure data security with industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Software Updates

We may provide updates or enhancements to QK-Bills periodically. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or modifications. You agree to install such updates to continue using the software effectively.

Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Licenses are provided on a one-time or subscription basis.
  • Subscription fees must be paid on time to avoid service interruptions.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to QK-Bills if:

  • You breach these terms,
  • Your license period expires, or
  • You misuse the product in any way.

Upon termination, your right to use QK-Bills ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codbos Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Data loss, business interruption, or system failure,
  • Any issues arising from misuse or modification of the software.
Disclaimer of Warranties

QK-Bills is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology used in QK-Bills are owned by Codbos Software Solutions Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of QK-Bills after such updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
